Zoned Sports Academy, home of the nationally respected Zoned RedHawks, is seeking a dedicated Catching Coach to join our elite staff. We are looking for someone who is passionate about player development, has a strong background in catching instruction, and thrives in a positive, team-oriented environment.

Responsibilities
- Provide expert catching instruction to athletes of all ages and skill levels
- Design and implement effective training plans focused on receiving, blocking, throwing, footwork, and game management
- Serve as a role model, instilling confidence, discipline, and leadership in athletes both on and off the field
- Assist with Zoned RedHawks travel teams, including practices, games, and tournaments
- Contribute to camps, clinics, and player development programs offered year-round at Zoned
- Communicate effectively with players, parents, and staff to foster a professional and positive learning environment
Qualifications
- Previous catching experience at the collegiate or professional level preferred
Strong knowledge of catching fundamentals, mechanics, and advanced techniques
Passion for teaching and developing youth athletes - Excellent communication and leadership skills
Ability to work evenings, weekends, and travel with teams when required - Commitment to Zoned’s mission: Educate. Motivate. Dominate.
About Zoned Sports Academy
Founded in 2002, Zoned Sports Academy’s mission is to help baseball players of all ages and skill levels develop their abilities to reach their full potential. In 2012, we launched our own Zoned RedHawks travel teams, growing from four teams in the first year to 18 teams by year four.
To date, over 450 players from our program have advanced to college or professional baseball. The Zoned RedHawks are known for their respect, hustle, effort, and professionalism. We emphasize developing the complete athlete, instilling character, academics, leadership, integrity, loyalty, and discipline at every level of the program.

Compensation: $25.00 - $35.00 per hour
OUR MISSION
Zoned Sports Academy is a baseball and softball developmental training facility. Regardless of age or ability level, our programs are designed to help athletes compete and dominate on and off the field. We teach our athletes everything from fundamentals, to mental preparation, and top of the line skill development.
We offer professional instruction and we share our passion, knowledge and enthusiasm for the game with each and every person that walks through our doors. Our coaching staff is determined to take our athletes to their absolute level of peak performance and our goal is to make sure that the athletes walking out of Zoned have a competitive advantage over their opponents every time they step on the diamond.

Our classes, camps, and private instruction are designed to develop athletes in all aspects of the game. We hold our athletes to a high level of accountability and we carry ourselves in a professional manner both on and off the field. We have core values that each of our athletes are expected to follow. We compete with character, and pass along our experience and expertise to each player so that they can play the game at the very best of their ability. Our programs are designed to take players from the early stages of development and expand their knowledge and ability level to compete at the highest levels.
We compete in everything we do and our tradition of excellence shows in the players we've produced. We have a long list of athletes in both baseball and softball that have gone on to play collegiately and at the professional level.
