We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Logistics Coordinator to support our sales and operations teams.
In this role, you’ll play a key part in keeping shipments on track, strengthening relationships with carriers and customers, and ensuring smooth day-to-day account management.
The Logistics Coordinator will work closely with the lead broker.
Responsibilities:
- Maintain daily organization of assigned accounts to ensure smooth operations
- Assist with building and scheduling shipments in the TMS system
- Handle appointment setting, load tracking, and timely communication via phone and email
- Dispatch drivers and monitor shipments to confirm on-time pickup and delivery
- Conduct routine check calls to provide updates to both customers and carriers
- Help qualify and secure carriers that best fit customer requirements
- Negotiate rates with carriers and relay shipment details accurately
- Provide outstanding customer service through consistent and professional communication
- Support additional administrative and operational tasks as needed

What You Bring:
- Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and problem-solving ability
- Excellent customer service and communication skills (written and verbal)
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
- A positive, team-first attitude
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office and ability to learn new systems quickly
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- 2+ years of logistics experience required; 5 years preferred.
Start date: Flexible, immediate openings.
Pay: Salary range of 40k-60k base with bonus earning potential. Base pay will be calculated upon experience and skillset.
Compensation: $40,000.00 - $60,000.00 per year
