Are you hardworking, reliable, and ready to learn a skilled trade? We’re looking for motivated team members to join our growing gutter installation crews. We provide hands-on training, clear advancement steps, and competitive pay as you move up.
General Requirements
- Minimum 1 years of gutter installation experience.
- Reliable and punctual; must arrive on time and ready for work each day.
- Physically able to lift 75 lbs, climb ladders, and work at heights for extended periods.
- Valid driver’s license preferred.
- Positive attitude, ability to take direction, and eagerness to learn advanced techniques.
Technical Skills
- Familiar with gutter components, hangers, downspouts, and sealants.
- Safely use basic hand tools and power tools.
- Assist with material handling, site setup, and debris cleanup.
- Measure and cut materials accurately under supervision.
- Maintain clean and organized vehicles, tools, and workspaces.
Leadership & Development
- Demonstrate eagerness to progress to Installer Assistant II within 6–12 months.
- Accept coaching and feedback with professionalism.
- Begin learning gutter machine operation and miter-cut techniques.
Administrative
- Follow company policies for timekeeping.
- Assist with tool/vehicle checklists and material tracking.
Conduct & Professionalism
- Represent company values on every job site.
- Communicate courteously with clients and coworkers.
- Always follow company safety and quality standards.
Compensation: $20.00 - $22.00 per hour
