Position Overview
In this role, you’ll work closely with our multidisciplinary team that includes BCBAs, RBTs, and Occupational Therapists, to provide individualized speech and language therapy. Your expertise will help children build communication, social skills, and confidence.

Position Details
- Type: Contract, Part-Time, or Full-Time (flexible based on interest)
- Hours: 10–25 billable hours per week, with the option to grow into full time

Location: Overland Park, Kansas City and surrounding areas
- Services may take place in homes, schools, or the community
- Telehealth options available for some sessions
Pay & Structure
- Rate: $35–$40 per visit (based on experience and type of service)
- Evaluations: $75 Flat rate offered for evaluations (time varies by client)
- Contract: Independent contractor position with the potential to transition into part-time or full-time employment if desired

Compensation: $35.00 - $75.00 per hour
R&R stands for Rehab and Rami. That’s us over here! Rehab is a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) and Rami is an Occupational Therapist. Rehab specializes in working with individuals with disabilities. Rami specializes in working with geriatrics. The goal of our practice is to incorporate multiple therapy services to have a collaborative approach for the community.
