The Collision Repair Technician/PDR is a key team member that will be responsible for maintaining high quality and safety standards on the wheelchair-accessible vehicle conversions we produce.
What you'll do:

The Collision Repair Technician/PDR is a key team member that will be responsible for maintaining high quality and safety standards on the wheelchair-accessible vehicle conversions we produce.
What you'll do:
- Remove bumpers, lower interior trim, seats and carpeting, keeping all items organized for reinstallation.
- Cutting and reforming the rear bumper, capping the cut edges
- It is a detailed oriented job as every part the employee touches is an outside, (visual) painted OEM part.
- Post build inspections prior to Quality Control.
- Some work involves overhead work.
What you’ll need:
- Experience on recreational vehicles and/or experience involving auto builds, repair, cut and/or paint is highly preferred
- Attention to detail, ability to troubleshoot issues as needed
- Ability to use hand and power tools, attention to quality with minimal errors.
- Must be organized and keep an orderly work area.
- This position is required to work OT occasionally.
Additional Notes:
- Will assist other departments as needed.
- This is a good fit for someone that has a passion for modifying cars, enjoys working with low-voltage wiring, and detail oriented.
- Will keep within OSHA safety regulations as well as follow compliance with quality standards, as well as policy and procedures.
