About the Role:
Join Its Haul Good as a Junk Removal Technician (copilot) and be part of a dynamic team dedicated to providing top-notch junk removal services across Northern Virginia. Responsibilities:
- Perform residential and commercial junk removal efficiently and safely.
- Load and unload items from trucks while adhering to safety protocols.
- Provide exceptional customer service and address client inquiries.
- Sort and categorize items for recycling and disposal.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the work area and equipment.
- Assist in the training of new team members as needed.
- Drive company vehicles responsibly and follow all traffic regulations.
- Complete daily logs and reports accurately and on time.
Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent; relevant experience preferred.
- Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.
- Strong physical stamina and ability to lift heavy items.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Prior experience in junk removal or similar field is a plus.
- Must be punctual, reliable, and have a positive attitude.
- Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends.
