As an Account Representative - State Farm Agent Team Member for our local State Farm Insurance & Financial Services Agency, you are vital to our daily business operations and customers’ success. You grow our agency through meaningful customer relations and acting as a liaison between customer needs and agency departments.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

Provide information about insurance products and services.
Assist customers with policy applications and renewals.
Handle customer inquiries and provide timely responses.
Maintain accurate records of customer interactions.
Proficient with the customer service team and daily operations to drive retention and cross selling
Develop new prospective customers in various methods

QUALIFICATIONS:

Communication and interpersonal skills.
Detail-oriented, organized, and able to multitask.
Problem-solving abilities.
Ability to effectively relate to a customer
organizational skills.
Property & Casualty, and Life & Health Insurance licenses required
Strong works ethics
Persuasive

Note: This is a position with a local State Farm Agent's office, not State Farm Companies.

Compensation: $38,000.00 - $60,000.00 per year

We help customers with their insurance and financial services needs, including Auto Insurance, Home Insurance, Life Insurance, Retirement Planning, Business Insurance, College Planning, Health Insurance, and Renters Insurance.
Our office is located in Chicago, 60618 (North Center).
Our office is open Mon-Fri - 9am-5pm.
I have been a State Farm agent since 1989.
