Cancore is a leading provider of innovative building solutions, committed to excellence and client satisfaction. We are seeking a detail-oriented and motivated Accounts Receivable Clerk to join our finance team on a part-time basis.
As a Part-Time Accounts Receivable Clerk, you will manage accounts receivable processes, ensuring accurate and timely invoicing, payment collection, and record-keeping. This role is ideal for an organized individual with a strong background in accounting software, particularly QuickBooks.
- Process invoices, payments, and account reconciliations using QuickBooks.
- Monitor and follow up on outstanding receivables to ensure timely collections.
- Maintain accurate financial records and prepare reports as needed.
- Communicate with clients regarding billing inquiries and payment statuses.
- Assist with general accounting tasks and month-end closing activities.
- Collaborate with the finance team to streamline processes and improve efficiency.
- 1–2 years of experience in accounts receivable or a related accounting role.
- Proficiency in QuickBooks is required.
- Experience with Aspire software is a strong asset.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively in a part-time schedule (approx. 20–25 hours/week).
- Basic knowledge of accounting principles and practices.
