You will be responsible for overseeing sterilization processes and ensuring that all instruments, materials, and equipment are properly cleaned and prepared for use. Key Responsibilities:
- Perform cleaning, sterilization, and maintenance of dental instruments and equipment according to established protocols.
- Ensure compliance with infection control standards and safety regulations in accordance with industry best practices.
- Monitor sterilization cycles, maintaining precise records and documentation.
- Assist with preparation of treatment rooms, ensuring all necessary instruments are sterile and ready for use.
- Collaborate with dental staff to ensure an efficient and smooth workflow for patient care.
- Maintain inventory of sterilization supplies and report shortages or equipment malfunctions as needed.
- Properly dispose of hazardous materials following waste disposal procedures.
Requirements:
- Familiarity with dental terminology, procedures, and equipment.
- Previous experience in a dental setting.
- Ability to work well within a collaborative team while maintaining professionalism.
- Exceptional attention to detail and ability to follow strict safety protocols.
- Excellent organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
Compensation: $17.00 - $20.00 per hour
