We’re growing and looking for an Automotive Service Advisor. If you’ve worked successfully as a Service Advisor in a repair shop or dealership, or you have strong customer service experience in a related industry and are eager to learn, this is your chance to join a supportive, fun, and professional team.

Competitive Benefits:
- Starting base salary: $45,000–$55,000/year (based on experience)
- Bonus opportunities: top performers can earn $60K–$75K+

What You’ll Do
- Be the main point of contact for clients, creating a welcoming and trustworthy experience
- Communicate clearly with technicians and clients to provide accurate, honest service recommendations
- Manage appointments, repair orders, and follow-ups with organization and efficiency
- Keep workflow smooth and contribute to a positive, team-oriented atmosphere
What We’re Looking For
- 2+ years of automotive Service Advisor experience preferred — or strong customer service experience in a related industry (hospitality, retail sales, medical office, etc.)
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to balance empathy and efficiency
- Highly organized, detail-oriented, and steady under pressure
- Someone who loves building relationships and helping clients feel taken care of
- Familiarity with NAPA TRACS is a plus, but not required
Compensation: $45,000.00 - $55,000.00 per year
