As a Billing & Payroll Specialist at Boost Home Healthcare, you will provide data entry functions and assist with the Agency invoicing process, and prepare claims for submission as directed by the Administrator/designee.

What we are looking for:
- High school graduate
- Minimum of one (1) year general Home Healthcare office experience with data entry
- Minimum one (1) year Home care authorization experience
- Billing and Payroll experience in a Healthcare setting
- Computer literate for functions of data entry and basic word processing.
- Knowledge of medical terminology and/or general medical background desirable.
- Accurate and detail-oriented approach to projects
What you will be doing:
- Enter new Intakes into EMR System ensuring accuracy
- Obtain insurance authorization through insurance portals before services are provided
- Sending out faxes for physician signature and uploading when received
- Assist in client invoicing when needed
- Maintain confidentiality of all client and employee information
Schedule:
- Monday- Friday 8am-4:30pm
Salary Range/Job status:
- $19.00-$23/hr
- Full time
Compensation: $19.00 - $23.00 per hour
