Program Director - Community Supports for Independence
Fulltime
Location: Northampton, MA
Salary: $50,000 to $52,000
Schedule: Monday-Friday, 9AM-5PM with occasional evenings & weekend day to meet programmatic needs.
ServiceNet, a leading Human Services agency, is seeking compassionate, dedicated, and enthusiastic individual to join our team as a Program Director for the Community Supports for Independence (CSI) program. CSI provides skill building and case management to adults with autism and mental health and/or medical conditions. Areas of focus are individualized based on the person’s needs and wants.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee day-to-day delivery of services.
- Triage acute situations and provide follow-up as needed.
- Act as lead in absence of Case Manager
- Ensure documentation and regulatory requirements are met.
- Facilitate weekly team meetings and guide team-wide communication and consistency.
- Manage a team of 5+ case managers.
- Manage admissions, discharges, and Individualized Support & Life Plans in coordination with DDS, the Individual and Families.
- Track attendance, support timely billing, budgets development and communication with families.
- Participate in agency-wide committees and on initiatives related to Family Support.
- Represent CSI in community and for agency fundraising and marketing efforts.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Services or related field or 5+ years of experience in Human Services.
- At least 2 years of experience supporting individuals with disabilities/autism and co-occurring needs.
- Proven experience managing a remote team, including conducting training and leading team meetings.
- Comfort with electronic records and program-level reporting.
- Ability to work from various locations. This is a hybrid position that oversees a team out in the community.
