About the Role:
We are looking for a passionate and dedicated Assistant Teacher to join our team at All About Kids Daycare & Preschool of North Canton. As a preschool teacher, you will have the opportunity to make a positive impact on the lives of young children and help them develop a love for learning in a fun and nurturing environment. We are looking for assistant teachers in Infants, toddlers and preschool. This is a full time position Monday - Friday.
Responsibilities:
- Helping to implement age-appropriate activities and lesson plans
- Provide a safe and supportive learning environment
- Helping to monitor and assess children's progress and communicate with parents
- Ensure the health, safety, and well-being of all children
- Complete daily cleaning
- Assist with diaper changes and potty training
Requirements:
- High School Diploma or GED
- Previous experience working with young children (not required but preferred)
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Patient, nurturing, and passionate about early childhood education
- Reliable transportation
- Hard working and dependable with a good work ethic
