Preppers Teacher – Where Curiosity Meets Confidence
Are you passionate about guiding young learners through their first steps into structured education? We’re looking for a Preppers Teacher who brings heart, energy, and creativity to every moment in the classroom.
At The Learning Experience Brownsburg, our Prepper program bridges the gap between toddlerhood and preschool—building foundational skills through play, routine, and loving guidance. - Lead with Love: Create a warm, safe, and structured classroom where children feel secure and excited to learn.
- Build Independence: Encourage self-help skills like handwashing, clean-up routines, and early potty training with patience and positivity.
- Spark Learning: Implement our proprietary L.E.A.P. curriculum using engaging characters and hands-on activities that make learning fun and meaningful.
- Support Development: Observe and nurture each child’s social, emotional, cognitive, and physical growth—celebrating milestones big and small.
- Partner with Families: Maintain open, thoughtful communication with parents through daily updates, progress reports, and warm conversations.
- Collaborate with Care: Work closely with fellow teachers to create a consistent, supportive environment across classrooms.
- Keep It Safe & Joyful: Follow health and safety protocols while keeping the classroom clean, organized, and full of cheerful energy.
- A high school diploma/GED (required)
- An associate degree or higher in Early Childhood Education or a related field (preferred)
- At least 6 months of professional teaching experience (preferred)
- A genuine love for children and a passion for early education
- Patience, creativity, and a warm, team-oriented spirit
Compensation: $15.00 per hour

Our curriculum focuses on the six ages and stages of early childhood development and engages children in hands-on learning activities that encourage them to explore and solve problems at their own rate of development. This forms a foundation for kids to Learn, Play and Grow under the care of our nurturing teachers and staff.
At TLE®, we’ve created a full cast of characters that become our little learners’ educators, partners and friends through their preschool education journey. Each character has a unique personality and area of interest and brings learning to life by allowing children to explore the world through fun and imagination.
