Jersey Mike’s Subs is looking for Crew Members, Shift Leaders, Assistant Managers, Managers in Training, and General Managers to join our growing teams in Novi, Commerce, Milford, and Brighton. Open Positions
- Crew Members – Greet customers, prepare sandwiches, work grill/register/prep, and keep the store clean.
- Shift Leaders – Support store leadership, train crew, and ensure smooth daily operations.
- Assistant Managers – Help manage staff, scheduling, inventory, and customer service.
- Managers in Training (MIT) – Hands-on leadership development program with mentorship.
- General Managers – Oversee full store operations, drive results, lead teams, and grow the brand.
Responsibilities (all roles include some or all of the following)
- Deliver excellent customer service in a fast-paced environment
- Accurately prepare food following Jersey Mike’s standards
- Operate grill, slicer, cash register, and prep stations
- Maintain cleanliness, food safety, and sanitation standards
- Work as part of a team and help train/develop others
- Lead by example with energy, positivity, and professionalism
Qualifications
- Minimum age: 16 for Crew (18+ for leadership roles)
- Previous restaurant/retail/leadership experience preferred (not required for entry level – we train!)
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
- Dependable, punctual, and motivated to grow
- Willingness to learn and thrive in a fast-paced environment
