Position Overview:
We are seeking a reliable and motivated Production Associate to join our team. The Production Associate will assist in the preparation, mixing, packaging, and labeling of pastry products while maintaining a clean and safe work environment.

Responsibilities:
- Operate production equipment safely and efficiently.
- Measure, mix, and handle ingredients according to recipes and specifications.
- Package, label, and palletize finished products.
- Follow Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) and all company food safety guidelines.
- Maintain a clean and organized work area.
- Assist with inventory counts and quality checks.
- Collaborate with team members to meet daily production goals.
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in food production or manufacturing is a plus but not required.
- Ability to stand for long periods of time and lift up to 50 lbs.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions.
- Bilingual in English and Spanish is preferred but not required.
- Positive attitude, reliability, and willingness to learn are essential.
