- Preparing pizza dough, sauces, and toppings using only the finest ingredients.
- Cooking pizzas in our wood-fired oven to achieve that perfect crispy crust and deliciously melted cheese.
- Maintaining a clean and organized work station, ensuring all ingredients are stocked and ready for service.
- Ensuring food safety and hygiene standards are met at all times.
- Collaborating with the kitchen team to maintain smooth operations during busy service hours.
- Helping create new pizza offerings or specials, contributing to menu development with your creative ideas.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience as a pizzaiolo or pizzamaker, especially in an Italian kitchen or pizzeria.
- Knowledge of pizza dough preparation, wood-fired ovens, and pizza techniques.
- Strong work ethic, attention to detail, and ability to work well under pressure.
- Ability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
