Responsibilities
- Engage with customers to provide exceptional service and promote products effectively.
- Conduct product demonstrations to educate customers about features and benefits.
- Utilize POS systems for transactions and manage cash handling accurately.
- Assist in maintaining store presentation standards and inventory management.
- Collaborate with team members to achieve sales targets and enhance customer satisfaction.
- Provide feedback on customer preferences and market trends to support promotional strategies.
Requirements
- Proven experience in retail sales or a similar customer-facing role.
- Strong communication skills to effectively interact with customers.
- Ability to operate POS systems and handle cash transactions responsibly.
- Bilingual skills are a plus but not required.
- Experience with product demonstrations is beneficial.
