This role is ideal for an LP who is passionate about making a meaningful difference in the lives of individuals with MH/IDD needs.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct assessments and provide therapeutic services
- Review and support the development of Person-Centered Plans
- Offer staff training and clinical consultation
- Provide crisis intervention as needed
- Ensure compliance with NC Medicaid and state licensure requirements
- Collaborate with families, guardians, and interdisciplinary providers
Qualifications
- Active NC license: LCSW, LCMHC, LMFT, LPA, Licensed Psychologist, or equivalent
- Experience with MH/IDD population preferred
- Stong communication, teamwork, and organizational skills
- Ability to pass background checks and maintain compliance with required trainings
