Makpar has an exciting opportunity for an API Integration Engineer. Designs and implements integrations between federal identity services and up to two state UI systems at a time. Configures secure data exchanges and API gateways.
We are seeking an API Integration Engineer for a contract position.
● Position: API Integration Engineer
● Position Type: Full-Time Time-Remote
Role Specific Duties/ Role Responsibilities:
- Integrate Login.gov, ID.me, and SAVE with state systems.
- Design, build, and maintain API connectors.
- Configure data exchanges and ensure secure transmissions.
- Collaborate with system owners to validate interoperability.
Required Qualifications:
- 7+ years of API design and integration experience.
- Background with federal identity services and state system integrations
