What You’ll Do:

Source inquisitively: Develop sourcing strategies that attract qualified and diverse candidate pools by leveraging networking, referrals, job postings, and direct outreach to passive talent.

Required Skills and Certifications:
Massachusetts Real Estate License: An active MA real estate license is required to understand industry standards and support our team effectively.

Hiring and Onboarding Experience: Previous experience in managing the full cycle of recruiting, training and onboarding.
Onboarding Support: You will play a collaborative role in onboarding, helping new hires understand Boston Pads’ resources and setting them up for success.
