As an Account Manager, you’ll play a central role in serving clients, developing trust, and helping them safeguard what matters most. This hybrid role is ideal for someone who thrives in a dynamic, fast-paced environment and is motivated by results, growth, and making a difference.

What You’ll Do

  • Build strong, lasting relationships with both new and existing clients

  • Conduct policy reviews and provide tailored coverage recommendations

  • Proactively reach out to prospects and follow up on warm leads

  • Deliver excellent service by addressing client questions and resolving concerns

  • Present and explain insurance solutions that meet client needs

  • Collaborate with agency teammates to achieve and exceed growth goals

What We’re Looking For

  • Experience in insurance, account management, or customer service preferred

  • Strong communication and problem-solving skills with a client-first approach

  • Driven by results and motivated to help others succeed

  • Comfortable with sales conversations and recommending solutions

  • Able to work both independently and as part of a team

  • Property & Casualty and Life & Health licenses (or willingness to obtain—support provided)
