At The Nelson Agency, we’re passionate about helping clients protect what matters most—and we’re looking for an enthusiastic, motivated Insurance Account Representative to join us.

In this hybrid sales and service role, you’ll be the trusted advisor clients turn to for guidance and support, while also identifying opportunities to provide personalized insurance solutions.

What You’ll Do

  • Build and maintain strong customer relationships with professionalism and care

  • Educate clients on available insurance products and services

  • Support policy applications, renewals, and updates

  • Respond to inquiries, resolve concerns, and ensure client satisfaction

  • Identify opportunities to cross-sell and upsell relevant coverage

  • Keep accurate records and follow up consistently

What We’re Looking For

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

  • Friendly, solution-focused mindset with attention to detail

  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask effectively

  • Prior experience in customer service or sales (insurance preferred but not required)

  • Willingness to obtain Property & Casualty and Life & Health licenses (support available if not already licensed)

Compensation: $65,000.00 - $85,000.00 per year
