Job description:
Job Overview We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Office Manager to oversee our office operations and ensure efficient
administrative processes. The ideal candidate will possess strong accounting skills and be proficient in QUICKBOOKS ONLINE
software. This role requires a proactive individual who can manage multiple tasks while maintaining a high level of accuracy and
professionalism. The office is open 4 days a week.
Responsibilities
Oversee daily office operations including route paperwork, ensuring a smooth workflow and effective communication
among staff.
Manage financial records, including accounts payable and accounts receivable, generating purchase orders and
managing customer orders
Prepare and maintain financial reports, including balance sheet reconciliation, general ledger accounting, and journal
entries.
Utilize accounting software such as QuickBooks Online for bookkeeping and financial management. MS office suite as
well
Conduct account analysis and reconciliation to ensure accuracy in financial reporting.
Handle weekly payroll processing (ADP), ensuring timely and accurate payment to employees.
Maintain organized records of all financial transactions and documentation for audits.
Collaborate with external accountants for tax preparation and compliance matters.
Normal HR duties for small office
Skills
Proficiency in accounting software (QuickBooks Online) is essential.
Familiarity with financial report writing and account reconciliation processes.
Knowledge of public accounting practices is a plus.
Must be willing to troubleshoot problems as necessary
Strong attention to detail with exceptional organizational abilities.
Proficient in 10 key typing for efficient data entry tasks.
Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team environment. This Office Manager position offers
