Lync Transportation is a trusted provider of safe, compassionate transportation services throughout the Greater Philadelphia region. We proudly serve students, seniors, and individuals with special needs through our school and non-emergency medical transportation (NEMT) programs. We are seeking a full-time Transportation Analyst / Dispatcher to support our daily operations, manage routing and scheduling, and ensure safe and efficient service for all passengers.

🎯 What You’ll Do
- Manage the routing and scheduling of students and passengers using a computerized system
- Prepare and distribute route information, including special accommodations, to drivers
- Maintain fleet information, vehicle schedules, routing updates, and electronic records
- Communicate route changes promptly using company systems
- Analyze and revise routes for safety, efficiency, and compliance
- Conduct occasional ride-alongs to verify route accuracy and timing
- Serve as a liaison with parents, school staff, contractors, and the public
- Maintain records of mileage, passengers, and expenses for reporting and invoicing
- Dispatch calls to vehicles, monitor on-time performance, and support drivers and attendants
- Handle phone and radio traffic, providing real-time solutions to issues
- Serve as a backup driver when needed
✅ What We’re Looking For
- High school diploma or GED required; Bachelor’s degree preferred
- 3+ years of experience in routing and dispatching (school transportation or medical/non-medical passenger transport preferred)
- Strong knowledge of Philadelphia and the surrounding counties’ geography
- Familiarity with PennDOT rules and local/state student transportation policies
- Experience with computerized routing and scheduling systems
- Excellent communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills
- Skilled with two-way radio/dispatch equipment, computers, and telematics
