Are you a skilled and motivated plumber looking for a fast-paced, high-volume service role with room to grow? American Rooter is hiring a Plumber/Drain Cleaner to join our team in the Harrisburg area. We specialize in service plumbing, blocked sewer lines, and internal plumbing issues—servicing residential customers under key warranty and partnership programs.

What You'll Do:
- Respond to high-volume sewer and drain service calls (6–8+ jobs/day)
- Clear blocked sewer lines, especially in older homes
- Diagnose and perform internal plumbing service and repairs
- Communicate with customers clearly and professionally
- Upsell additional services as appropriate (15% commission on all upsells)
- Follow specific partner program guidelines, coverages, SLAs, and standards
- Maintain a clean, organized, and fully stocked company vehicle
- Work independently while being part of a strong, supportive team
- Represent American Rooter with professionalism at every job
Requirements:
- Minimum 2 years of service plumbing and drain cleaning experience
- Must be proficient in clearing blocked sewer lines
- Strong understanding of residential plumbing systems
- Experience with home warranty work is a plus
- Ability to upsell and communicate effectively with homeowners
- Must be reliable, efficient, and detail-oriented
- Ability to handle high-pressure situations and interact with stressed customers calmly
- Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record
- Must be able to work overtime as needed
