Job Summary
Ibukun Comprehensive Community Services is seeking a licensed, trauma-informed Clinical Director to lead therapeutic programming and clinical operations at our therapeutic group homes for youth. This role is ideal for a seasoned clinician with a passion for trauma-focused care, Medicaid compliance, and team leadership.
Responsibilities
- Supervise therapists and case managers, including monthly clinical supervisions
- Oversee individual and group therapy services and ensure documentation meets agency and state standards
- Manage clinical documentation including IM CANS, behavior plans, discharge summaries, and treatment notes
- Collaborate with medical staff and external partners on medication protocols and psychiatric care
- Provide training and technical assistance to clinical and case management teams
- Ensure compliance with IMCANS, REDCap, SACWIS, Monitoring Tools, and other regulatory tools and compliance Represent the clinical team in interdisciplinary meetings, staffings, and central matching
- Lead monthly group supervision and maintain Medicaid billing documentation standards
- Participate in the multi-disciplinary referral and intake process
Qualifications
o Master’s degree in Social Work, Counseling, Psychology, or related field
o Active Illinois licensure (LCSW, LCPC, or equivalent)
o 3–5 years of clinical leadership experience, preferably in residential or therapeutic settings
o Proficiency in Medicaid billing and trauma-informed care
o Strong communication, organizational, and mentorship skill
o Must pass DCFS fingerprint background check
o Valid Illinois driver’s license required
o Active Illinois licensure (LCSW, LCPC, or equivalent)
o 3–5 years of clinical leadership experience, preferably in residential or therapeutic settings
o Proficiency in Medicaid billing and trauma-informed care
