Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced and professional Store Manager to join the team. As a Store Manager, you will be responsible for ensuring the store operates smoothly and efficiently. You will train, supervise staff and implement operational processes that attract and retain customers. Successful Store Managers lead by example and uphold the highest standards in customer service. Responsibilities
- Train, and lead employees
- Coach employees in tactics to attract and retain customers
- Create or approve schedules
- Execute sales
- Maintain information in the point of sale system
- Oversee the receipt of products into inventory
Qualifications
- Previous sales experience with the proven ability to meet or exceed performance standards
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
- Strong organizational skills
- Excellent team building and leadership skills
Compensation: $17.00 - $18.00 per hour
