A Clubhouse Communications & Activities Administrator assists in the development and implementation of strategies to maintain a positive image for our organization by managing and developing our current digital platforms. Key responsibilities include but not limited to member event creation, scheduling of music and other entertainment activities for the club. With this hands on position will include weekly promotional marketing, emails to the membership, theme decorating for holidays and social events and assisting in maintaining our member led clubs.

 

Key Responsibilities 

Strategy Development: Create and implement digital communications/marketing  aligned with the club's goals and objectives. 

Content Creation: Write, edit, and oversee various communication materials, including newsletters, social media posts and website content, 

Digital Communications: Manage and curate content for internal & external social media platforms and websites, ensuring content is engaging, optimized, and brand-aligned. 

Internal Communications: Oversee internal communication efforts to ensure the timely and accurate dissemination of information throughout the organization to the membership, 

Team Leadership:  Assist with communication goals internally as well as externally.

Essential Skills 

Strategic Thinking: The ability to develop long-term communication plans that support organizational objectives. 

Excellent Writing and Editing: Strong skills in creating explicit, concise, and compelling written content for various platforms. 

Digital Proficiency: Knowledge of various digital platforms, including Adobe and Canva, along with email EZ Suites marketing. 

Interpersonal Skills: Strong ability to build relationships, collaborate with others on communication. 

Attention to Detail: Ensuring all communications are accurate, error-free, and aligned with the club's guidelines.
