Care Team Coordinator 

Are you an organized, strong, and supportive leader, and ready to make a compassionate impact?? At Assisting Hands Tri-Cities, we’re seeking a Care Team Coordinator to manage caregiver/client schedules, step in as a backup caregiver when needed, answer phones, train new hires, and serve as the primary assistant to the Director of Administration. This full-time role offers competitive pay based on experience and competency. 

Qualifications: 

• High school diploma or equivalent required; additional administrative or care giving experience preferred 

• Current HCA certification or equivalent 

• Valid CPR/First Aid certification 

• Ability to pass a background check 

• Strong organizational and communication skills 

• Reliable transportation and a valid driver’s license 

• Compassionate attitude with leadership potential
