Are you a competitive, sales-driven professional who also values building strong client relationships? The Hutcheon Agency is seeking an Account Representative who can grow our business through proactive sales while delivering reliable service to customers.
This is a fully licensed position (Property & Casualty and Life & Health). If you are not yet licensed, you must be willing to obtain these licenses with our full support.
What You’ll Do

Drive Sales Growth – Market and recommend insurance products, generate new leads, and convert prospects into loyal customers.

Support Clients – Assist customers with applications, renewals, and policy changes to ensure their coverage needs are met.

Deliver Service Excellence – Respond promptly to inquiries and provide clear, professional solutions.

Stay Organized – Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and account details.
What We’re Looking For
- A sales-dominant mindset with confidence in engaging clients and closing business.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Detail-oriented with the ability to multitask effectively.
- Experience in sales, account management, or customer service preferred.
- Licensed in Property & Casualty and Life & Health (or willingness to obtain with agency support).

Compensation: $50,000.00 - $70,000.00 per year

- We help customers with their insurance and financial services needs, including Auto Insurance, Home Insurance, Life Insurance, Business Insurance, and Renters Insurance.
- Our office is located in 687 N Broad St Philadelphia, PA 19123.
- Before becoming a State Farm Agent, I was previously employed as a State Farm Agent Team Member.
- I am a proud graduate of Temple University.
- We currently have 7 team members at our agency.
- We have 25+ years of combined insurance experience in our office.
- Our agency has received awards including: President's Club, Ambassador Travel, Legion of Honor, and New Agent Program Qualifier
- Additional languages spoken: Spanish and Russian
