We are seeking an enthusiastic, reliable cleaning professional to join our team for a part-time position in a gated HOA community in West Boca.

Position Details

Schedule: Saturday & Sunday mornings (start time between 6:00–7:30 AM)
Location: Community clubhouse (social room, kids’ room, gym, locker rooms, bathrooms) and guard house
Hours: Consistent weekend shifts, with the potential for additional weekday evening hours if desired

Responsibilities

Clean community common areas and restrooms.
Perform routine tasks such as dusting, sweeping, mopping, vacuuming, and trash removal.
Maintain a high standard of cleanliness in fitness, recreation, and security areas.
Follow all health and safety guidelines.

Dependable and self-motivated, with strong attention to detail.
Comfortable working independently.
Positive attitude and pride in delivering excellent results.

Requirements

Must pass a criminal background check.
Reliable transportation.
Cell phone (preferably a smartphone) for communication and clocking in/out.
Ability to lift 40 lbs without risk of injury.
