Required Skills:
- Bachelors in IT, Computer Science, Business Administration, or related field (Master’s preferred).
- 5+ years of progressive leadership in K–12 technology environments.
- Experience managing enterprise systems (SIS, LMS, ERP) and cloud environments (Microsoft 365, Google Workspace).
- Proven success leading remote teams and virtual operations.
Preferred Skills:
- Leadership experience in K–12 school districts.
- Certifications such as CETL, PMP, CISSP, or relevant technical credentials.
- Familiarity with e-rate funding, student data privacy laws, and technology budgeting
Specific Skills:
- Strategic IT planning and digital equity initiatives.
- Infrastructure/cloud systems management.
- Cybersecurity & compliance (CIPA, FERPA, COPPA, Illinois SOPPA).
- Vendor/consultant management.
- Budget and resource management
Certifications (Preferred):
- CETL (Certified Education Technology Leader)
- PMP (Project Management Professional)
- CISSP (Certified Information Systems Security Professional)
- Other relevant technical credentials
