What You’ll Do:
- Lead skilled tradespeople to complete renovation projects on time and within budget.
- Build trust with homeowners and subcontractors, ensuring top-quality results.
- Manage schedules, track progress, and ensure compliance with industry standards.
- Engage in community events and forge partnerships with vendors.
- Continuously learn and improve through hands-on experience and training.

What We’re Looking For:
- Leadership skills to guide and motivate teams.
- Strong communication and organizational abilities.
- Passion for learning and delivering results.
- Construction experience is a plus, but we’ll train the right candidate!
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience preferred.
Physical Requirements:
- Work indoors and outdoors, often in challenging conditions.
- Ability to stand, walk, bend, squat, climb stairs, and lift up to 50 pounds.
- Use of personal protective equipment as needed.
