As an Insurance Account Representative - State Farm Agent Team Member for Lyle Wendroth State Farm, you are vital to our daily business operations and customers’ success. You grow our agency through meaningful customer relations and acting as a liaison between customer needs and agency departments. You improve the lives of our customers by proactively marketing relevant products and services.

RESPONSIBILITIES:
  • Develop and maintain customer relationships in insurance and financial services.
  • Stay current with market trends and product offerings.
  • Sell auto, home, life and health insurance policies to new and existing clients.
  • Conduct needs analysis to identify the best insurance products for clients.
  • Assist customers with retirement planning, investment management, and insurance needs.
AS AN AGENT TEAM MEMBER YOU WILL RECEIVE:
  • Base Salary plus Commission/Bonus
  • 15 days PTO per year after initial grace period

QUALIFICATIONS:
  • 1+ years of experience in insurance and financial services. (Willing to train the right candidate)
  • Communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Sales experience, preferably in insurance.
  • Detail-oriented with excellent organizational skills.
  • Ability to build and maintain client relationships.
  • Licenses in insurance and FINRA Series 7 and 63 preferred, but not necessary to apply. (Must pass state insurance exams before employment begins)


 
Compensation: $55,000.00 - $85,000.00 per year
