Julie McBee is a trusted insurance and financial services provider based in Cumberland, MD. Her office maintains a stellar 4.9/5 average Google rating thanks to her team’s dedication to service and integrity. Julie is a native of Allegany County and a graduate of Fort Hill High School and Frostburg State University. Before joining the insurance world, she spent 17 years in public education—teaching and in administration. She holds licenses in property/casualty, life & health, and financial services across MD, WV, and PA.
Her agency offers a full suite of insurance options—including auto, home, renters, business, life, health, pet, and more—and serves communities across Maryland, West Virginia, and Pennsylvania.

Position Summary
As a Sales Representative / Account Associate, you’ll be a critical player in driving new business, supporting existing clients, and helping deliver exceptional customer service. You’ll wear multiple hats—handling calls, running quotes, following up leads, and closing new policies.
Key Responsibilities:
- Answer incoming phone calls and respond to customer inquiries in a timely, professional manner
- Run insurance quotes (auto, home, life, etc.) using internal tools
- Follow up on leads: phone, email, walk-ins
- Present and explain policy options, compare coverages, and help clients make informed decisions
- Close new business and assist with policy onboarding
- Provide excellent ongoing customer service (renewals, policy changes, cross-sells)
- Maintain accurate records and documentation of client interactions
- Collaborate with the team—agents, account reps, support staff—to achieve agency goals
- Manage multiple tasks, deadlines, and client needs simultaneously

Compensation: $37,500.00 - $50,000.00 per year
