Hours: 8:00 am - 5:30 pm with a 1.5 hour lunch
- Implement age-appropriate lesson plans that foster curiosity and creativity.
- Create a positive and inclusive classroom environment that encourages social interaction.
- Maintain classroom management and work with children on self regulation and emotions
- Conduct regular assessments to monitor children's development and progress.
- Communicate effectively with parents regarding their child's growth and classroom activities.
- Supervise daily activities, ensuring safety and well-being of all children.
- Maintain classroom organization and cleanliness to promote a conducive learning space.
- Engage in ongoing professional development to stay current with early childhood education trends.
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Minimum of 2 years of experience working with preschool-aged children.
- Strong communication skills and a passion for teaching young children.
- Ability to create engaging lesson plans that cater to diverse learning styles.
- Experience in classroom management and fostering a positive learning environment.
- Enthusiastic, patient, and nurturing demeanor to support young learners.
