🔧 What You’ll Do
As a key member of our team, you’ll deliver expert plumbing services while creating an outstanding customer experience:
  • Diagnose, repair, and install residential plumbing systems and components
  • Present service options and pricing clearly before beginning work
  • Educate customers to help them make informed decisions
  • Perform full system inspections to prevent future issues
  • Handle installations including water heaters, filtration systems, fixtures, and more
  • Conduct drain inspections, sewer services, and leak detection
  • Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work environment
  • Accurately complete invoices, job documentation, and parts requests
  • Utilize company systems (including ServiceTitan) efficiently

🧰 Qualifications
  • Current Texas Plumbing License (Master, Journeyman, or Tradesman)
  • Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record
  • Ability to pass background check and drug screening
Preferred (but not required):
  • Tankless water heater experience
  • Water filtration/softening systems
  • Sewer and drain services

  • Ability to lift heavy equipment (50+ lbs)
  • Comfortable working indoors and outdoors in various conditions
  • Ability to climb, kneel, and work in tight spaces
  • Willingness to work occasional overtime as needed
