Join Our Team as a Certified Pilates Instructor at FFC!

Location: FFC Old Town
Job Type: Full-time or part-time available
Pay: Commission based pay. $49–$70 per session (based on experience/certifications)
Bonus: Up to $1,000/month in your first 3 months for hitting session goals

What You'll Do
  • Teach Pilates using Reformer, Mat, Chair, Cadillac, and Barrel
  • Build and manage your client schedule
  • Help clients reach their fitness goals through personalized instruction
  • Promote Pilates and other FFC programs
  • Support club operations (e.g., InBody scans, front desk help, fitness floor coverage)
  • Participate in outreach and member engagement
Initial Training Period (First 60 Days)
  • Work at least five 6-hour shifts/week (must include mornings/evenings + 1 weekend shift)
  • Assist with club operations and build your client base
What We're Looking For
  • Certified Pilates Instructor (Full Studio Certification preferred, or on track within 6 months)
  • CPR/AED Certified
  • Friendly, motivated, and great with people
  • Able to educate clients on the benefits of Pilates

Compensation: $49.00 - $70.00 per hour
