Key Responsibilities:
- Build and maintain strong relationships with prospects and clients through consistent communication
- Educate customers about insurance products and coverage options to help them make informed decisions
- Conduct needs-based conversations to identify appropriate insurance solutions
- Represent the agency and State Farm with professionalism and integrity
- Meet or exceed sales goals while maintaining high customer satisfaction
- Participate in community events and networking opportunities to enhance agency visibility
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Outgoing, positive attitude with a passion for helping others
- Strong work ethic and self-motivation
- Ability obtain necessary insurance licenses for property, casualty, life and health.
- Basic computer skills and comfort with learning new technologies
