This role is ideal for someone who enjoys helping people, thrives in a team environment, and is motivated to advance into a sales career with strong earning potential.
What You’ll Do
- Answer customer inquiries and provide policy information in a professional, helpful manner.
- Assist clients with billing and claims follow-up.
- Maintain accurate and organized customer records.
- Begin learning how to identify client needs and present insurance solutions.
- Support the agency team with day-to-day operations while building sales skills.
What We’re Looking For
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Detail-oriented and able to multitask effectively.
- Customer service experience preferred, but not required.
- Interest in developing sales skills and obtaining an insurance license (with our support).

Compensation: $18.00 per hour
