Fundraising- 60%
Fundraising- 60%
- Educate, advocate, and disseminate for the client
- Oversee the creation, review, and finalization of the week's donation plans
- Help with event planning details
- Manning event tables for donation campaigns
Management Training- 30%
- Develops, implements, and executes a consumer engagement plan with intended outcomes around engagement, discovery, or cultivation, value-added programming, and strategic outreach initiatives.
- Oversees and leads initiatives related to donor relations to maximize support
- Coordinate fund campaigns in collaboration with the client, marketing, and communications departments and roll them out at events
- Strategy discussions, coordinating donation campaign elements, list, audience management, creating of performance reports
- Provide valuable strategic input to the Director and client about events

- Developing and executing fundraising plans to meet goals
- Cultivating relationships with donors and maintaining a donor database
- Research and identify new fundraising opportunities
- Collaborate and help create marketing materials, pitches, and organize fundraising events

Job Type
- Full-time, 8 hours per day, Day shift, Monday through Friday, with weekend availability
Compensation
- From $500-$1200 weekly, uncapped.
- All promotions include an increase in pay percentage.
- All promotions are internal; we only hire from within
