Your Key Responsibilities:

  • Efficiently manage and resolve customer inquiries with a smile
  • Maintain accurate and organized customer information
  • Support efforts to keep our customers loyal and happy
What You Bring to the Table:

  • A valid Property & Casualty and Life & Health License from the State of Alabama (We can help you obtain this)
  • Strong communication skills and a genuine desire to help
  • Prior customer service experience is a plus, but your attitude matters most!
  • The ability to stay composed and effective under pressure

Compensation: $28,000.00 - $35,000.00 per year
