Hair Stylist / Barber Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional client experiences and ensure every child leaves smiling
- Listen and communicate clearly with clients and parents to deliver top-quality service
- Educate clients on retail products best suited to their needs
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the salon
- Work efficiently and multitask in a fast-paced, kid-friendly environment
- Collaborate with teammates to uphold Sharkey’s brand standards
- Must hold an active Cosmetology or Barber License (State of Wisconsin)
