We are seeking a compassionate and detail-oriented Registered Nurse (RN) or Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join our team. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, strong clinical judgement, and a desire to work in a collaborative, outpatient setting. Experience in allergy, immunology, or ENT is a plus but not required.
Key Responsibilities:

- Administer allergy injections and biologic medications (e.g., Xolair, Dupixent)
- Perform patient triage and obtain medical histories
- Conduct skin testing and spirometry
- Educate patients and families on allergy management and treatment plans
- Assist with in-office procedures and emergency preparedness
- Maintain accurate electronic health records (EHR)
- Monitor patients' post-injection for adverse reactions
- Support providers during patient visits and follow-ups
- Ensure clinical areas are clean, stocked, and compliant with safety standards
Qualifications
- Current and unrestricted RN or LPN license in the state of Massachusetts
- Current BLS certification
- Previous clinical experience (1+ year preferred)
- Allergy or immunology experience a plus but not required
- Strong interpersonal and organizational skills
- Proficient with EHR systems (e.g., Athenahealth, EPIC, etc.)
- Able to multitask in a fast-paced environment
