Are you a competitive sales professional who thrives on closing business and hitting targets? Scott Morris State Farm is seeking a driven Insurance Account Representative who excels in outbound activity, converting leads, and building revenue for the agency.
This is a fully licensed position (Property & Casualty and Life & Health). If you’re not yet licensed, we’ll help you get there — fast.
Role Description
As an Insurance Account Representative, your primary mission is new business production. You’ll generate and convert leads, uncover client needs, and present insurance solutions that drive agency growth. This role is built for someone who wants to make an impact and be rewarded directly for performance.
Key Responsibilities
Drive Sales Growth
• Aggressively market and sell insurance products to warm and cold leads
• Conduct sales calls, follow-ups, and quote presentations
• Consistently convert opportunities into new policies written

Maximize Revenue
• Identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities
• Build a strong sales pipeline and maintain consistent activity metrics

• Maintain ongoing relationships that lead to referrals and long-term retention

Qualifications
- A sales-first mindset with proven success in hitting targets
- Strong persuasion, communication, and closing skills
- Comfortable in a fast-paced, production-driven environment
- Prior insurance and/or sales experience preferred
- Active P&C and Life & Health licenses — or willingness to obtain quickly with agency support

Compensation: $50,000.00 - $70,000.00 per year
