Position Overview

We’re hiring a Sales Representative to join our growing, high-performing team. This role is ideal for both recent graduates ready to launch a meaningful career and experienced professionals looking to elevate their income and impact.

As a Sales Representative, you will:

  • Develop leads, schedule appointments, and identify client needs

  • Present and recommend appropriate insurance and financial products

  • Build strong relationships with clients and follow up for service, renewals, and referrals

  • Engage in community outreach and networking events

  • Receive one-on-one mentorship from a seasoned agency leader

  • Enjoy the support of a collaborative, multilingual office

  • Use a company-provided car for client appointments and business travel

Who We’re Looking For

Recent Grads:

  • Ambitious, coachable, and ready to start a professional career

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills

  • Willingness to learn insurance, sales, and financial services

Experienced Professionals:

  • Proven success in sales, customer service, or account management

  • Licensed in Property & Casualty and/or Life & Health (or willing to obtain)

  • Self-driven and eager to grow within a reputable agency

Qualifications

  • High School diploma required; college degree preferred

  • Valid Driver’s License (required for use of company vehicle)

  • Must pass background and licensing checks

  • Bilingual (Polish, Spanish, Russian, or Ukrainian) a strong plus

  • Tech-savvy: able to navigate CRM systems, quoting tools, and online platforms

Work Schedule

  • Full-time position (Monday–Friday)

  • Occasional evenings or weekends for community events or client appointments

  • Office-based with flexibility for field appointments and remote outreach tasks
