Insurance & Financial Services Representative – Sales Leadership Opportunity

Are you a driven, competitive, and results-focused professional ready to take your sales career to the next level? The Varnadore Agency is seeking a high-performing Insurance & Financial Services Representative who thrives on building relationships, closing business, and helping clients achieve lasting financial security.
This is a fully licensed position (Property & Casualty and Life & Health required). Candidates holding FINRA Series 6, 63, or 65 licenses are strongly preferred. If you are not yet licensed, we’ll support you through the licensing process to help you succeed.
What You’ll Do

Drive New Business – Proactively market insurance and financial products, generate leads, and close sales with confidence.

Build Client Relationships – Consult with customers to identify their needs and deliver personalized financial and insurance solutions.

Develop Portfolios – Assist clients with retirement planning, investment management, and long-term protection strategies.

Stay Ahead – Keep current with financial products, market trends, and regulatory updates to ensure clients receive the best advice.
What We’re Looking For

Sales-dominant mindset with 3+ years of success in insurance or financial services.
- Proven ability to meet and exceed aggressive sales goals.
- Exceptional communication, networking, and relationship-building skills.
- P&C and Life & Health licenses required; FINRA Series 6, 63, or 65 preferred.
- A consultative, entrepreneurial approach to helping clients achieve financial security.

Compensation: $55,000.00 - $75,000.00 per year
