- Respond to water and fire damage calls
- Extract water, remove damaged materials, and set up drying equipment
- Assist with smoke cleanup and mold remediation
- Monitor moisture levels and protect structures from further damage
- Work directly with homeowners during stressful situations
- Keep equipment and trucks clean and ready

- Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record (required)
- Able to lift 75 lbs and handle physically demanding work
- Comfortable working nights/weekends when scheduled for on-call
- Reliable, on time, and accountable
- Willing to learn and take direction
- Experience in restoration, construction, or a trade is a plus — but not required
- Perform water mitigation including water extraction, structural drying, water damage cleanup, and demolition
- Assist with fire and smoke cleanup
- Support mold remediation as needed
- Trauma cleanup work is available for trained team members who volunteer
- Maintain organized trucks and properly functioning equipment
- Work as part of a team and step up when responsibility is needed
- Be on-call when scheduled to respond to emergency losses
