We’re seeking an experienced and licensed Journeyman Electrician who is ready to take ownership of their craft and grow with a company that truly appreciates expertise and leadership.

What You’ll Do

  • Perform advanced residential electrical repairs, upgrades, and installations.

  • Lead and mentor apprentice and wireman electricians on service calls.

  • Troubleshoot electrical issues quickly and accurately.

  • Install and maintain electrical panels, breakers, GFCIs, surge protectors, lighting systems, and more.

  • Ensure compliance with NEC and all Texas electrical codes.

  • Provide excellent communication and recommendations to homeowners.

  • Complete estimates and job notes accurately using ServiceTitan.

  • Represent the Mister Sparky brand with integrity, reliability, and professionalism.

What We’re Looking For

  • Valid Texas Journeyman Electrician License (required).

  • Minimum 4 years of residential electrical experience.

  • Proven ability to supervise, train, and guide less-experienced technicians.

  • Strong troubleshooting and diagnostic skills.

  • Valid driver’s license with a clean record.

  • Must pass a background check and drug screening.

  • Excellent customer service and communication skills.
